Returns & Refunds Policies
At ONE PRIVÉ, we are committed to our customers Happiness. For most products that we offer, if you are not Happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of receipt (weekends Included) for a refund (in brand new, (not used) condition with original packaging).
To request a refund or return please follow these steps:
- Email sales@oneprive.com with your Order Number and reason for the return or any other relevant information you would like us to know about.
- Return the desired return item according to the Return & Refund Policies of One Privé to the following address:
- Email sales@oneprive.com the tracking number at the time of shipment.
- Once the desired return item has been received in our Fulfillment Center you will be notified via email. If you are Returning an Item for a Refund, such Refund will be issued to your method of payment within two weeks of receiving the desired return item (provided the item meets all Return & Refund Policies).
If the return is for an exchange not due to a Fulfillment Error, all shipping cost will be borne by the customer for the exchange or refund. There is NO CHARGE for exchanges provided the return item meets Return & Refund Policies.
Exchanges are Free | Refunds are subject to the Restocking Policies for that item | Return Shipping Costs for a Refund, for any reason is borne by the Customer.
If the reason for exchange is due to any error on the part of One Privé Home, all shipping costs (not to exceed $25.00 USD) due to fulfilling the exchange or return will be refunded to the customers method of payment within one week of the desired return item being received in our Fulfillment Center.
Your refund credit will be issued after the item ordered has been returned and inspected. Refunds or Credit Card Credits cannot be issued on orders until such order has been shipped and delivered.
Items pending shipment are non-eligible for refund until shipped and received the cost of the return all shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the all shipping cost of any item you return. Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
- Products that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
- Products from any other entity other than ONE PRIVÉ
- Throws, Bedding or other linens that have been opened (even if washed)
- Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
- Perfume Candles, Diffusers or Room Sprays that have opened, lite or sprayed
- Large quantities of the same product (4 or more)
- ONE PRIVÉ clearance/ sale items /merchandise
- One Privé products bought with discount codes
Before ordering large quantities (4 or more) we encourage you to ask for as much information as can. If need be, order a sample. Samples are sold as at the unit price and are refundable when returned unused.
Exchanges/returns/and refunds are not offered to items bought or gifted for free via a One Privé promotion.
We reserve the right to apply refunds in the form of a ONE PRIVÉ credit in certain circumstances especially if an item is returned without a prior emailed tracking number or without prior email approval. In such an instances it is impossible to know who or what and to whom it an item may belong.
